Contacting the publisher

There is no contact form on this site, deliberately. Email is the only channel, and it reaches the publisher directly.

By email

info@igniteworks.online

We read everything that arrives and reply to messages that need a reply, usually within a few working days. Messages are written in English.

What is worth emailing about

  • Corrections. If something on a page is wrong or out of date, tell us which page and what is wrong. This is the most useful mail we get.
  • Gaps. A symptom we have not covered, particularly one you eventually solved yourself.
  • Accessibility problems. If any part of the site is difficult to use with a screen reader, a keyboard or at a particular size, we want to know.
  • Privacy questions. Requests under the Australian Privacy Principles, and anything about how the site handles information, which is covered in the Privacy Policy.

What we cannot help with

Ignite Works has no connection to any game publisher and no access to any game account. We cannot reset a password, recover or unlock an account, reverse a purchase, lift a ban, or pass a message to a game's support team. Every one of those has to go through the vendor's own support channel. Sending us account details will not achieve anything, and we would rather you did not: see the note below.

Please do not send us personal information

We have no need for it and no way to act on it. Do not send passwords, payment details, identity documents, or account credentials of any kind — not to us, and not to anyone else who asks for them by email. When you write to us, include only what a stranger would need in order to understand the technical problem: the platform, what you did, and what happened.

Anything you do choose to put in an email is held as described in the Privacy Policy, which sets out how long correspondence is kept and how to ask for access to it or its deletion.

Why there is no form

A contact form would mean collecting and storing what readers type, on infrastructure that would then need describing, securing and disclosing. This site collects nothing, and a plain email address keeps it that way: your message goes to a mailbox we control, and you keep a copy of what you sent. The Cookie Policy covers the related position on cookies, which is that there are none.
