1. Who publishes this site

2. The site is informational
Everything here is general information about setting up and troubleshooting desktop games, and about consumer issues in that context. It is not professional advice of any kind — not technical advice for your particular machine, not security advice, not legal or financial advice. Your circumstances may differ from the general case in ways this site cannot know about.
Where a matter is important, consult someone qualified: a computer technician for hardware, a community legal centre or your state or territory consumer affairs body for a consumer dispute, and the vendor's own support channel for anything to do with a game account.
3. Accuracy and change
We write carefully and correct errors when we learn of them, but software, hardware and vendor policies change constantly. Information that was accurate when a page was reviewed may not be accurate when you read it, and each page shows the date of its most recent review in the footer.
Details about any product — pricing, system requirements, platform support, current content and support policies — come from the vendor and are subject to change without notice. Check them on the vendor's own website before relying on them. Where this site describes a product, it does so in general terms and does not warrant that the description is complete or current.
4. Links to other sites
This site links to external websites, including government bodies, a game vendor, and at least one paid affiliate link, which is disclosed wherever it appears and explained in full on the affiliate disclosure page. We do not control those sites, do not endorse everything on them, and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Once you follow a link you are subject to the other operator's terms and privacy practices.
5. No relationship with game publishers
Ignite Works is not the official site of any game and is not operated by, authorised by or affiliated with any game publisher. We cannot act on a game account in any way. War Thunder and all other product names, logos and brands mentioned on this site are the property of their respective owners.
6. Using the site
You may read, print and share these pages for your own personal use, and link to them freely. The text, code and design are ours and are protected by copyright; please do not republish substantial parts of them as your own work. Do not attempt to interfere with the site, its hosting, or its availability to other readers.
7. Liability, and your rights under Australian law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies the application of the Australian Consumer Law, the exercise of any right conferred by it, or any liability that it imposes, and any term of these terms that would do so does not apply to the extent of that inconsistency.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, where the publisher is established, and the courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction.
